Personally I like kelp noodles a bit better. They've got 1g carbs per serving, but are way easier fake noodles shirataki to prepare than shirataki and don't have the weird smell. Same idea just using kelp instead of konjac for the fiber source. They just smell/taste like nothingness with a noodle texture so you have to use a strong sauce.
