The client service is shocking, well actually nonexistent. Tried calling two of their outlets and no one answers the phone. I have sent an e-mail for product info and it took over a week to get a response which was some generic fob off story telling me to do what I had already done, they also did not answer my other questions for after sales care.
All in all, I'm obsessed with my new bag. My Neverfull GM came in looking pristine (even better than the Fashionphile description) and I use it - no joke - weekly.
