The Museum is eye-catching from the get-go with an enormous bat outside the museum. Along with the nostalgia of the Louisville Slugger, the Louisville Science Center/IMAX, Main Street, and the Waterfront are all within walking distance of the Museum. This would be my suggestion for the best of distinctively Louisville Family Outings!!!
The Louisville Slugger Museum is a fun stop whether you're a seasoned baseball fan, history buff, or just looking for a place to spend an interesting afternoon. We began with some casual time in their museum area while we waited for the tour to commence.

I have had the opportunity to visit the Slugger Factory and Museum several times since I moved to Louisville. The admission price of $15 includes the museum entry and the factory tour. The tours leave about every 10-15 minutes so no matter when you get there, you won't have to wait long to get started.
All in all, I'm obsessed with my new bag. My Neverfull GM came in looking pristine (even better than the Fashionphile description) and I use it - no joke - weekly.
