The MSCV Retroviral Expression System (murine stem sell virus) contains vectors that are optimized mmlv retroviral vector for introducing and expressing target genes in pluripotent cell lines, including murine or human hematopoietic, embryonic stem (ES), and embryonal carcinoma (EC) cells.I am using a retroviral system to transduce primary cells. We already have a working system in the lab using an MMLV-based vector together with the platE packaging cell line from Cell biolabs.
